We offer you the chance to develop your riding skills through expert tuition,
delivered at a pace that enables riders reach their full potential.

Our guided rides cover the unspoiled territory of the Cambrians.
There are numerous trails suitable for all levels of rider.

We have a free bunkhouse on-site or there is plenty of other accommodation in the area.
We have a fleet of hire bikes if you haven't yet got your own bike.

One Day Specific Skills Courses
There are 3 courses available, each one focusing on a select group of skills. Suitable for novice, intermediate or experienced riders.

A two day mountain bike skills course designed for beginners and intermediate riders. We'll concentrate on the skills you need to tackle every day mountain biking at a level to suit you. These courses are run on-demand with no surcharges for one to one tuition.

Can't read an OS map?. During this one day course, we'll show you how to plan a route, relocate when you get lost and gain the confidence to just get out on your bike and explore!

If you don't know a bottom bracket from a headset then we can help. We're going to be running one day mountain bike maintenance courses throughout the whole of 2009.

For every day you ride with us, you are entitled to one night's stay. Or if you'd prefer B&B there are plenty to choose from in the area.

We don't charge any extra for one to one tuition and we'll never cancel a course due to low numbers.

Booking procedure
Contact us for the availability of dates for your chosen course, we'll then email you the link to our booking form where upon completion, you can pay with debit/credit card via PayPal's secure payment site (you don't need to have a PayPal account).


We also accept cheques if you prefer that method of payment.

Need advice on buying a bike?

The following questions need to be asked when contemplating your purchase:

1.WHAT TYPE OF BIKE?
Full suspension? Hardtail? Rigid?

2. WHAT SIZE FRAME?
How important is stand over?

3. WHICH FRAME MATERIAL IS MORE SUITABLE?
Aluminium, titanium or steel?

4. WHAT TYPE OF BRAKES?
Hydraulic discs, cable discs or V brakes?

5. IS THERE A CHOICE OF HANDLEBARS?
What width and shape are best?

6. DOES THE STEM SIZE MAKE A DIFFERENCE?
Knowing when to make the change.

7. FLAT PEDALS OR CLIPLESS?
Are there advantages and disadvantages?
