If you don't know a bottom bracket from a headset then we can help. We're going to be running one day mountain bike maintenance courses throughout the whole of 2009.

Booking procedure
Contact us for the availability of dates for your chosen course, we'll then email you the link to our booking form where upon completion, you can pay with debit/credit card via PayPal's secure payment site (you don't need to have a PayPal account).

We also accept cheques if you prefer that method of payment.
Need advice on buying a bike?
The following questions need to be asked when contemplating your purchase:
1.WHAT TYPE OF BIKE?
Full suspension? Hardtail? Rigid?
2. WHAT SIZE FRAME?
How important is stand over?
3. WHICH FRAME MATERIAL IS MORE SUITABLE?
Aluminium, titanium or steel?
4. WHAT TYPE OF BRAKES?
Hydraulic discs, cable discs or V brakes?
5. IS THERE A CHOICE OF HANDLEBARS?
What width and shape are best?
6. DOES THE STEM SIZE MAKE A DIFFERENCE?
Knowing when to make the change.
7. FLAT PEDALS OR CLIPLESS?
Are there advantages and disadvantages?
